My name is Sharifa, a graduate of Seven Star Culinary Institute, and I’m currently working as a Commis Chef at Saba Restaurant in Onomo Hotel, Kololo, Kampala. My journey into the culinary world started with a simple desire to cook professionally, and SSCI gave me the foundation I needed to turn that desire into reality. The skills I learned — from kitchen discipline to food safety and presentation — prepared me to handle the demands of a high-end kitchen. At Saba, I now work alongside experienced chefs, contributing to the preparation of beautifully crafted dishes every day.
